Hace unas seis semanas que nació Mundotwitter y de momento sigue con muchas ganas... a pesar de los problemas de estabilidad de esta maravillosa plataforma de comunicación.
De hecho es tanta la inestabilidad de la plataforma que una imagen está en la mente de todos para representarla: la ballena. Hasta la wikipedia incluye ya la definición de la ballena
¿Un poco de historia sobre esta imagen?
El dibujo fue creado por la ilustradora y artista Yiying Lucon el nombre de “Lifting a Dreamer” (Elevando un soñador), el dibujo fue colocado en iStockPhoto y la gente de Twitter lo compro por 10 dólares.
Pocas veces una imagen que representa la parte "negativa" de un producto o servicio a sido tan conocida y alabada... convirtiéndose en un icono "positivo" de la marca (recuerda que lo usé en mi campaña teaser de lanzamiento de este blog).
Es tanta la devoción que la ballena ya cuenta con:
- Blog club de fans
- Grupo de amigos en facebook
- Tienda on-line para comprar camisetas
- Cortometraje en flickr
- y, como no, su propia cuenta en twitter.
